What about this poster would make you want to see it except star Cillian Murphy? Even that doesn't seem like a draw. This poster is neither original, nor inventive, nor terribly memorable.

Review:

The title can't help sell tickets. The length makes it seem less serious than the preview actually shows it to be. This tale of revolt against the tyranny of the mother country seems politically appropriate for current world affairs. With such unknown stars, a focus on narrative and story may be more easily achieved.

Oscar Prospects:

It was hugely popular overseas but its March release date suggests the studios don't want to push it for the 80th Academy Awards. That failure may cost the film heaps of support unless critics get behind it.
