Let's bring audiences into the theater by putting a dog in sunglasses and a helmet. They may get lots of children in with this but adults won't be enticed.
Another feel good family film about a miraculous pet who brings people's lives together. The only difference here is that the featured canine is a lost stunt dog and celebrity film star. I'm sure they'll come to claim him at the end of the film after losing him and be inspired to let him stay, but really I'm not going to be watching just to find out.
As likely of getting Oscar recognition now as the chances Eight Below or Garfield would be selected in the past.
I have not seen this film.
