Review:

The poster certainly evokes a wintery landscape and it features the star of the film with gun in hand living up to one of the words in the film's title. Unfortunately, that's where the titular resemblance ends. We know that the marketing team wanted to get people in the door with the sight of Guy Pearce and a gun. However, with this, that goal will not be achieved.

Review:

A long-haired Pearce struggles through another thriller. This film looks little more than another twisting suspense yarn that lacks actual substance or style. The preview doesn't give out too much of the plot but it does suggest we may be in for a bumpy ride.

Oscar Prospects:

Too early in the year to be released to Oscar success and the trailer doesn't make it look terribly interesting nor appropriate for Academy consideration.
