Review:

I can't say that this poster is incredibly intriguing. A bunch of people in a snow globe is not my idea of a clever, or original ploy to catch audience attention. And Queen Latifah is only minimally recognizable in the lower left of the poster.

Review:

This comedy about a dime-store Santa trying to make good with his family feels very stale and incomplete. We've seen good and bad Santa films before, but this film looks to be edging towards the bad side.

Oscar Prospects:

Most holiday-themed pics fail to catch on with the Academy unless there's some dramatic element with an uplifting finale. This film is a comedy and doesn't look like it will have more than a perfunctory positive conclusion.
