Review:

Another lame retread of a slip-shod plot. If Home Alone didn't destroy the style after two ill-advised sequels, then this "kids alone" picture puts them in a mall instead of an empty house or a snowed-in airport. So, the fact that Chris Kattan stars should give us all the indication we need the film won't be worth a plug nickel.

Oscar Prospects:

Home Alone managed its nomination in the Original Song category. I'm doubtful this film will be so lucky.
