Review:

Artistic simply in the fact that not a single character has more than one eye in the frame, there isn't a lot of artistry to the poster as it only minimally hints at the relationship between the three characters.

Review:

Match Point was a pretty good film, but all of his previews since then have been dreadfully boring and haven't made his films look like they'd be fun to watch. This one is no different. While it features some supremely talented thesps, I can't bring myself to want to watch it.

Oscar Prospects:

Woody has not been within the grace of the Academy in some time. It could have a lot to do with the fact that his comedies stopped being truly interesting in the late '90s and he switched over to dramas and then entered his non-New York phase, shooting all over Europe. That may be anathema to those who made him the most nominated screenwriter in Academy history. This preview definitely doesn't look like the Academy's taste and an August release confirms that.
