What is this Beautiful Truth the poster talks about? Apparently, it's the apple. But that's all you can really get from this poster, though the globalization of the apple is a bit tired when compared with all the other similar posters released this year.

Review:

Looking more like an admonition of big drug manufacturers than a documentary about a cure for cancer, this documentary seems to be following a formula that many other similar docs are adhering to these days.

Oscar Prospects:

With no official release date, I doubt this will be on the 2008 Oscar short list to be announced within the next few weeks.
