Color-wise the poster is washed out, but fitting. Stylistically, the superimposition of characters over several Bruges scenes is a bit off-putting.

Review:

The Oscar-winning director of the live-action short film Six Shooter gets his first big screen opportunity in this Nuns on the Run-like film that seems less broad comedy and more interesting. It resembles at times Shoot 'Em Up and You Kill Me but has the added benefit of the off-kilter comedy of Colin Farrell. The movie looks like it could be amusing, but I'm not going to hold my breath just in case.

Oscar Prospects:

Too dark and too comic for Academy tastes, its early release date all but consigns it to forgetfullness even if it is exceptional.
