Review:

Garish and obvious, the poster for OSS 117 is anything but exciting. The lead actor being forefront and the attractive women in the back does not add to its enticement value.

Review:

The French answer to James Bond seems more like a cross between The Pink Panther and Get Smart than an actual French comedy in the style of Bond. The trailer provides a few interesting segments, but is largely just an amalgam of uninteresting scenes.

Oscar Prospects:

Bond hasn't even been very successful at the Oscars. I don't see a comic version succeeding.
