Review:

This Atonement/The Diving Bell and the Butterfly-similar poster is pretty typical of the romance and comedy genres, though seldom in combination. I can't imagine anyone going to the film except for Ryan Reynolds and, since he dominates the poster, it might work somewhat as a sales tool.

• Trailer: C

Review:

Your typical, boiler plate romantic comedy gets another turn in this emotionally lifeless trailer. Definitely, Maybe, I hate to say this, looks like the consummate chick flick and it's Valentine's Day release date (which is also a part of the advertising campaign) further cements that idea.

Oscar Prospects:

Contender this is not. Picture it more along the lines of a low-rent Sleepless in Seattle.
