The famed red-black-and-white I complained about last year. You truly can never get away from these colors. What the symbol has to do with the film would require a full viewing, but it's stylized much like the poster for William Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet, but a lot less cluttered. Perhaps they crossed that film's poster with that used for 28 Days Later... to make this poster.
The concept is interesting, but we've already seen post-apocalyptic films about killer diseases. The trailer makes this look like Mad Max meets 28 Weeks Later.
If neither of those similar films could figure in at the Oscars, this one won't either.
I have not seen this film.
