This poster definitely tells us all we probably need to know about this horror film set in a subway. The poster is certainly tantalizing for any horror fans. We'll have to see a trailer before knowing too much more.
Alongside the trailer, the poster is entirely fitting and captures a moment of the film that might put fear into the hearts of some cinemagoers. However, by itself, I can't imagine anyone being too enthused about seeing the film. The first poster did far better in that department.
I'm torn between morbid curiosity and abject revulsion. I shouldn't expect much from the film as horror films have been severely disappointing of late, but I do love how Clive Barker has created a truly terrifying glimpse into the world of a serial killer and this trailer makes the film look like it might do for subways what Jaws did for swimming in the ocean.
Subway Oscar horror? Jarrod will stop being an annoying spokesperson before the genre gets any consideration.
I have not seen this film.
