Review:

After watching the trailer, I'm still a bit confused about what the film really is. There is a hint of a lesbian attraction in it, but it's so brief that it may just be a tender moment between women.

Oscar Prospects:

I don't see any situation where this film would be an Oscar contender. Wayne Wang's brilliant Joy Luck Club didn't even merit an Oscar mention.
