You can see this creepy character barely in the trailer, but that's about it and the trailer doesn't say much about the significance of the people or the person on this poster, making it a touch confusing.

Review:

This looks a great deal like The Texas Chainsaw Massacre combined with The Hills Have Eyes. I don't know if that's a positive or a negative, but it doesn't look entirely awful.
