A little too frilly along the edges with all the vine-work embellishment, it at least evokes a sense of longing that the boy has for the pool, which could be considered the central character of the film.
Aside from the realist approach to filmmaking employed, the trailer doesn't do an exceptional job of conveying more than a handful of complex emotional attachments for the characters in the film.
I doubt India would submit the film for the Oscars, but if it does, I'm sure it will be an also-ran, unless critics really come out in support of it.
I have not seen this film.
