Review:

There are some fascinating aspects to this trailer. The film looks like a complex emotional examination of conflicted thoughts in the reign of Nazi Germany. Kate Winslet looks terrific in her few scenes.

Oscar Prospects:

There is going to be some weird jockeying for this one. Most of the people who've read the book swear Winslet's character is Lead, but Harvey Weinstein has control and he's going to push her for a Supporting nomination so she doesn't compete with herself in Revolutionary Road. We'll see how that works out.
