What makes this poster so disappointing is not that it isn't original, but it's the small portraits at the bottom. Once the perview of ensemble dramas of a bygone era, every film seems to be relying on them to get the actors' images on the poster. If those weren't there, the clever juxtaposition of the two "role models" doing rather inappropriate things makes for an interesting result.
With Seann William Scott involved, the first concern should be quality. With Paul Rudd involved, the least concern will be acting. Rudd has proven himself a charismatic presence that can often make the worst drek palatable. And while there's something charming about the idea of the film, it could just be another clunker.
This isn't the Academy's kinda of fun, so don't expect any consideration from them.
I have not seen this film.
