Review:

Certainly not a film for everyone, this punk rock semi-biography focuses on a band called The Germs and their influence on punk music. However, much of that you'll have to find in your own research for the trailer doesn't do a lot to expose those who aren't familiar to the subject.

Oscar Prospects:

It looks like a poor-mans documentary. Even the well received Control couldn't budge Oscar voters.
