Pink and glittery. It may be entirely appropriate for Sarah Jessica Parker's character (who's also pictured on the poster), but it's not very spectacular, though certainly eye-catching.
This is a teaser for fans of the show to signal Sex and the City's launch to the big screen. I can't imagine anyone who's not a fan or who has never seen the show caring at all for this trailer or the film's existence. They'd better do some marketing quick to attract non-fan audiences.
Seeing a full-length trailer not only reinforces the idea that this film will only appeal to fans of the series, it also suggest that it's not going to be much better than the typical "chick flicks" we're seeing a lot of these days.
TV-to-screen adaptations just aren't Oscar-calibre and even when they are, they won't generally be able to compete.
I have not seen this film.
