Remembering what the film was about was the hard part, seeing this poster as anything interesting is the easiest.

Review:

It looks like a blend of several horror films, and none of them exceptionally exciting. This one looks like a modern vampire/werewolf/slasher/zombie hybrid, which isn't a very good combination.
