A father must cope with the loss of his wife, connect with his young son and reconnect with the child he once gave up.
Entirely built on selling the film as a Clive Owen vehicle, this poster is hardly rich in detail and the colors are too bleached.
So many elements on display here scream for Oscar attention. Whether it's the recognition of director Scott Hicks (not by name, but as director of the Oscar-nominated Shine) or the Oscar-baity and tear-jerking nature of the role, it doesn't really look all that interesting.
There will be a push for Clive Owen somewhere, but unless it's actually a good movie and Owen is more than merely passable in it, don't expect this one to come up with nods on Oscar Morning.
I have not seen this film.
