Synopsis:

A dirty cop turned pimp attempts to locate the girls who left him without paying their debts only to discover they each had relations with the same client.

Review:

Taking off the mask is an interesting effect and one that's briefly touched on in the trailer. The title is, oddly enough, the distraction here.

• Trailer: C

Review:

The announcer feels entirely out of place, his voice too deep for the film's promotion, but it's clear the producers want people to see the original before they see the traditional American remake going into production for 2010. The only problem is that the trailer doesn't talk much about the film's plot and hardly has any scenes that just jump out and drag you in.

Oscar Prospects:

It's already been released previously, so won't be eligible for this year's awards.
