Synopsis:

The high school valedictorian and resident geek confesses his love for one of the most popular girls in school and his disgust at a military jock during his graduation speech sending him on a journey of self-discovery and exploration with the girl who doesn't think much of him to start and the jock who just wants to beat the crap out of him.

Review:

While it has the high school crush theme in mind, the execution leaves a little to be desired as we focus heavily on the film's stars to the detriment of that theme.

Review:

LIke a combination between Revenge of the Nerds, Superbad and Mean Girls, the film looks like your prototypical coming of age story for the lovable nerd who ends up with a popular and attractive cheerleader.

Oscar Prospects:

Every teenage (and adult) boy's fantasy will not be Oscar's.
