A documentary about the life of famed Philadelphian mosaic artist Isaiah Zagar and his relationship with his wife Julia and son Ezekiel.
Chaotic is probably the best word to describe the poster, yet given the subject of the film it almost feels entirely appropriate.
Seeing the creative process of a mosaic artist is certainly something that could draw in an audience, but probably nothing exceedingly large. The documentary does feel a bit too traditional in style, but it could be fascinating to get a glimpse in the mind of an artist.
Maybe an Oscar submission, maybe not. It's hard to tell. It could be a contender, but it's far too early to tell.
I have not seen this film.
