Several directors take on several stories of love in New York City.
The skyline might have been more appropriate had this been an apple instead of a heart. I understand the reason of using the heart as it ties into the title, but as New York is the Big Apple, it seems far more appropriate. The rest of the poster is an unfortunate mish-mash of cluttered images.
The Statue of Liberty may be the most recognizable landmark in New York City, but it belies the multitude of stories at play in the film that, while the first poster conveys poorly, it at least conveys it.
The producr of Paris, je t'aime has moved his sights on New York City. It looks like a fairly interesting movie with plenty of romantic entanglements and the cast is certainly striking, but I wonder if we'll see "Madrid, te amo" or "Roma, ti amo" or "Tokyo, kimi o ai shiteru" next.
With so many stars, it's almost impossible to think any one of them will be singled out. The same goes for the directors.
I have not seen this film.
