Preview: Old Dogs (2009)

Synopsis:

A pair of friends who must reconcile their failings as they meet and raise a pair of troublesome kids who get into far fewer predicaments than the adults.

Review:

I guess we should expect no less than boring and predictable from Disney. This poster is as engaging as a dead leaf, but with Robin Williams and John Travolta front-and-center, it should have the desired effect.

Review:

Although many of these types of movies have amusing scenes, most of which are in the trailrs, there is an underlying limitation to the story that comes from being produced by the family-hungry Walt Disney company. And conjuring up images of Wild Hogs (same director), you have an immediate understanding of how the film is going to turn out.

Mostly the same images from the first trailer, none of which make the film look any better than it did previously. But, probably to the production company's relief, it doesn't make it look any worse, either.
