Preview: Orphan (2009)

Synopsis:

A young couple with two children decide to adopt an older child who has an unusual and dangerous past. And after she arrives, awful and violet things begin to happen.

Review:

They chose a girl with the right look and put her front-and-center on the poster to create a rather creepy image. The most interesting part of this is before I even read anything about the film or watched the trailer, I could tell instantly this was going to be a horror film, so for the most part, they did their job well.

Review:

Evil children as villains in horror films is a lon tradition and while the film doesn't look like it will be incredibly intriguing like The Orphanage, it does at least look like an amsuing horror flick.
