Review:

This must be the week of similarities as this film looks somewhat like Cinema Paradiso. There are some intriguing elements in the trailer, but there isn't sufficient footage to really understand the film's true purpose.

Oscar Prospects:

This film was not submitted to the Oscars last year as so many early-year foreign releases are. It may be in contention next year, who knows.
