A playboy to the wealthy discovers love with a common diner waitress but finds he must come to terms with leaving his rich and powerful ways behind.
He doesn't have all of Los Angeles as his backyard and the backdrop doesn't really feel appropriate, though the swimming pool and the sunglasses seem to fit just fine.
How much different from typical romantic dramas this will be is anyone's guess, but for once it's nice to see Ashton Kutcher in a dramatic role, though it's doubtful he'll be able to move beyond matinee idol status.
It's doubtful the film will be good enough to earn Oscar attention.
I have not seen this film.
