A documentary about a Buddhist seeking the reincarnation of his late master and told only that he cannot be mistaken and that he will know when he finds him or her.
Whether this child is the "unmistaken" or not is hard to tell. Conceptually, it just seems like an attempt to show us what the child might look like in the garb of the buddhist monks. Of cousre, the poster reminds me more of The Last Emperor than it does a documentary, which might be a bit too confusing for audiences.
Rather unexciting, this trailer makes the film feel like it plods from village to village as this man seeks the "unmistaken child". Unless the viewer is interested in Buddhism and monks, it doesn't seem like it can pull in a wider audience.
I don't think the documentary committee will be that interested in a film like this.
I have not seen this film.
