Preview: What Goes Up (2009)

Synopsis:

A New York reporter covering the launch of the space shuttle Challenger discovers an unusual group of students who were under the tutelage of an old friend before his suicide, learns something about himself from them.

Review:

Other than confusion over what is up and what is down, this poster is a bloody mess. Drenched in crimson, the black lines and minimal white intrusion only add to the poster's rather unnecessary content.

• Trailer: B-

Review:

The trailer is a little too far all over the place, jumping around in concepts to look more like the new Fox series Glee than any intriguing concept. There are some interesting concepts here, but watching the trailer tells you virtually nothing about the film's plot...at least nothing that actually seems to be in the film.
