Review:

Five stories, but six panels and none of them tell a story. Focusing on reception among critics may help bring in a small portion of the audience that would naturally want to see the film, but being merely adequate isn't an asset.

Review:

Not that you can really catch onto the plot with this trailer, the film seems to be trying too hard to put itself forward as a masterpiece instead of selling itself as a well crafted film. You don't really get an effective sense of the drama that is in the film as it tries to shy away from some of the more controversial subjects in the film.

Oscar Prospects:

It was nominated for the 82nd Oscars for Foreign Language Film, so it is not eligible for the 83rd Oscars.
