The love of her life killed in a car accident, a young pregnant woman moves in with her late boyfriend's family in hopes to connect with them while delivering a new member of their family.
All that's missing is the Hallmark Hall of Fame logo and you'd have every other Lifetime movie poster ever made. I like the colors and the layout, which is the only reason this one isn't netting a lower rating.
While this could very easily be a treacly, overblown melodrama, Pierce Brosnan, Carey Mulligan, Johnny Simmons and, especially, Susan Sarandon make the film looks like it might just work better than expected.
An April release usually means doom for these kinds of dramas and I wouldn't doubt if it ends up ignored, but Susan Sarandon has seldom been closer to consideration than this since her win for Dead Man Walking 15 yeras ago.
I have not seen this film.
