Synopsis:

A former chain ganger finds life on the outside during the prime of segregation is more difficult than he could ever have imagined.

Review:

It almost looks like a TV movie that would have been made in the early '80s. The poster tries to pay homage to the ensemble dramas of the silver screen's past but doesn't succeed very well.

Review:

I've seen many trailers that look like this and none of them have turned out to be great films. The premise and performances aren't nearly that thrilling and looks like a vain attempt to find more meaning in the past than the creators have the capability of doing.
