Preview: Legendary (2010)

Synopsis:

A high school student wants to make his way into Greco Roman wrestling and accomplish something for himself and turns to his disinterested, troubled older brother for help.

Review:

Once again, the young lead of the film gets short shrift, not even rating his own big picture at the top of the poster and having to settle for a much smaller one in the bottom. Front load your poster all you want, but there is nothing visually distinctive about this one.

• Trailer: C-

Review:

What does it say for your movie when you don't put your big name star at the top of the bill and don't even mention the actual lead of the film. Obviously trying to make this seem like a serious film and not a dud, they have put Patricia Clarkson front-and-center in the trailer, but the surrounding images and actors don't really support that concept.
