A young woman, troubled in her romantic life, goes to a wall where lovers would post letters to Juliet asking for help in their romance. When she discovers a letter written more than 50 years ago, she tries to help the letter writer find her true love while falling in love with the woman's grandson.
It has that quaint other-worldy feel which is perfectly within reason. The colors are warm and inviting, but Amanda Seyfried's image on the poster takes up more space than it needs to. Her getting a downsize and the rich detail getting more space would have been ideal.
Despite feeling very common, the story is interesting enough to draw a crowd and might even be worth seeing Vanessa Redgrave in action.
None.
I have not seen this film.
