Synopsis:

A railway accident leaves an Area-51 refugee creature on the loose.

Review:

It looks a lot like a horror film teaser poster. There's no blood, but the general broken appearance lends to that idea easily. However, whereas the poster for Buried was simple, but elegant, this one seems more gimmicky.

Review:

J.J. Abrams is a tease. It's plain and simple. However, this movie looks like another in his chain of monster movies, which started with Cloverfield, which wasn't nearly as successful as he would have hoped. This trailer is similar in style, but lacking in imagination. The train car flying illogically off the screen is the prime example of where this trailer fails.

Oscar Prospects:

Unless it's the second coming of E.T., this one's probably going to fare as well as Cloverfield, which means poorly.
