Attempting to save their leader, a band of 13 assassins stand their ground as Imperial forces bear down on them with the full might of a 200-man army.
Too much sky creates a sense of vastness, but the present of only the main character doesn't give the viewer any understanding why vastness is of any importance. And after the trailer, I'm not sure why they chose such a design either. It's nicely colored and structured, but seemingly unnecessary.
Your typical Japanese war drama about samurai standing their ground when their lives are threatened. This trailer won't easily appeal to those who aren't fans of the genre, which may be an issue when attempting to collect an American audience.
