Using a background like this is just sloppy design work. Even if you are just wanting to focus on the title character, put him against a backdrop that's engaging or richly detailed so that once we're tired of looking at Rowan Atkinson, we have something else to explore.

Review:

The film looks downright imbecilic. I'm rather shocked to see someone as respectable as Gillian Anderson involving herself in this moronic combination of James Bond and Inspector Cluseau. And what's worse is that this is a sequel.
