  • Poster: -

There was no poster immediately available for my review. Should one become available in the future, this section will be updated.

  • Trailer: B / A-

There are two trailers and rather than going into detail on the first one, I'll simply say it was a bit confusing. I understood what was going on, but it did a poor job of making the material accessible. The second trailer does a much better job at this, informing the audience of the magnitude of the struggle and providing some rousing conversations with activities. The only downside to the second trailer is that it doesn't have the rhythmic flow of the first trailer.

Oscar Prospects:

I had thought last year's AIDS-oriented documentary We Were Here would have been a sure Oscar nominee. It wasn't. Now this film follows directly on its heels. It may be good, but I wonder if the Academy will even shortlist it.
