A young executive moves to a new department where she engages an unassuming manager in a life-impacting career improvement, while encouraging him to sleep around on his wife with her.
You would think with a title like this, the urge to have a check out counter motif would be overwhelming. While I applaud the resistance of said urge, the result isn't more interesting.
Parker Posey can make just about any rudimentary plot look fun. She has an effervescence that the trailer uses to great effect, even when painting her as something of a home wrecker.
