Want a chance to win Jack the Giant Slayer on Blu-ray and DVD? Warner Bros. is giving away a Jack the Giant Slayer Combo Pack and I have one to give.

All you have to do is tell me your five favorite fairy tale features and you’ll be entered in a drawing for a chance to win. Only U.S. and Canadian residents are eligible. All entries must be in no later than Friday, June 28, 2013. The winner will be announced on Monday, July 1, 2013.

The winner will need to have their non-PO Box mailing address in to me by e-mail no later than Friday, July 5, 2013. A runner-up will also be selected in case the winner doesn’t have their information submitted in time, the runner-up will take the prize. The runner-up must also have their information in by July 5.
