(September 20, 2015) New Posters (#2-#6) / Page Redesigned

Release Date:

September 25, 2015

Synopsis:

From IMDb: “A father struggles to get back the home that his family was evicted from by working for the greedy real estate broker who’s the source of his frustration.”

Poster Rating: D / C / D (4)

Review: (#1) A traditional, three-tier poster that tries (and fails at) creativity in its center section and fails utterly at inventiveness in the other two.

(#2) A little more detailed than the first design, but still nothing to write home about. (#3-#6) These character posters don’t seem the least bit necessary and are underdesigned in addition, making them decently pointless.

Trailer Rating: B-

Review: Andrew Garfield is one of those imminently watchable actors you can’t really tire of. Michael Shannon, on the other hand, seems to have gotten into a rut of playing these despicable, disposable villains. There are some interesting concepts on display in the trailer, but they don’t seem to land very well within its context.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
