Review: It’s always interesting to see two posters with similar concepts come out completely different with one decidedly inferior. With these posters, it all comes down to the background and lettering. The first poster is subdued and comfortable. The second is chaotic and overly busy. The first is the better poster, but neither is particularly great.

Review: Leading off your trailer with your first critic comparing the film to The Big Chill only serves to showcase how much your film looks like a rip-off of that 1980’s classic. Everything from the frank discussions in the living room to the faithful hound to the suicide (this time an attempt, not an actual completed feat) is so similar to The Big Chill, that it make the film feel redundant and unnecessary.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
