Synopsis:

From IMDb: “A vagrant enters the lives of an arrogant upper-class family, turning their lives into a psychological nightmare in the process.”

Poster: D / B- / B

Review: I struggled to find a purpose for the first poster. A painting is worth zero words in this case. The second design is less artistically pleasant, but at least focuses on some of the film’s aesthetic elements, which might help it appeal to a niche audience. The third is as twisted as the narrative of the film seems to be, which enables the design to speak more efficiently about whether the film would be worth giving some time to.

Trailer: B

Review: If you want to be confused by a trailer, start with this one. The film’s purpose seems obfuscated by the bizarre nature of the images initially displayed. Once it settles into a more assured pace, the trailer suggests a movie that is both bizarre and fascinating.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
