Review: It starts off in English, but says it was an entry by Singapore to the Oscars. That kind of trickery might make the film more appealing to American audiences, but it not only betrays its origins, but risks alienating those who catch the discrepancy. As to the film itself, seeing a film so lovingly reminisce about westerns by mixing in martial arts is a solid sign.
