Review: (#1-#3) The color schemes don’t vary and the general layout doesn’t change much, making this set of designs a listless bunch. the bull horn title of the first design looks at first like a plane’s propeller, which mutes its impact. The second is more traditional, but at least tries to have a dimensional background, which could give the characters added depth even if only superficially. The third design is utterly bland with only a slight change in the characters’ positions to make any noticeable difference.

Review: The Full Monty set in motion a string of working class British serio-comedies that tackle significant subjects, including poverty, race relations and gay rights. This seems to tackle two of these narrative ideas and seems like a natural successor to Monty. There’s some very obvious humor in the trailer, which makes it teeter on the edge of offensiveness, but with the British, there’s often more dazzling comedy in the banter between characters and that’s not so easy to convey in a single trailer.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
