Review: Cultural comedy that isn’t funny. Action that doesn’t look exciting. This is a film that, without its leads, would be collecting dust at the bottom of a $1 bin at Wal-Mart. That Jackie Chan and Johnny Knoxville look utterly unfunny means you aren’t doing a sufficient job enticing viewers.
