Review: Splitting posters into two has been overdone, as have many styles in recent years. Looking at them so frequently, it’s easy to get disenchanted. This design doesn’t do much to alleviate that disillusionment as its visually drab and weakly constucted.

Review: Luke Perry hasn’t done much of value in recent years and his presence here as a washed up, thought-dead musician might reinvigorate his career on the indie scene, but not as a person audiences rush out to see. The trailer hits on most of the frequently utilized elements to appeal to indie cinema fans fascinated by musicians striking out and becoming something. It’s a narrow demographic that wasn’t likely enticed by this.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
