Review: (#1-#2) There isn’t much different between these two designs. Even watching them back to back fails to bring about any active knowledge of changes made between first and second release. That said, what an abysmal film. A movie that should have been released directly to video, The Hero of Color City features some of the worst animation in recent memory.
